SUPARTZ INJECTION TREATMENT FOR KNEE JOINTS

Supartz is a viscosupplement injected directly into the knee joint in order to reduce pain, improve mobility and reduce stiffness. It supplements the hyaluronic acid naturally found in the synovial fluid of the healthy knee. It has to be injected by your doctor. It should be injected once a week, for 5 weeks. Some patients may already have a good response after 3 weeks. The injection may work as a lubricant and shock absorber in the affected joint.
